• UK Delivery only
• Next day delivery when ordered before 3:30pm Monday to Thursday
• Friday orders before 3:30pm will be delivered the next working day (Monday)
• Anything ordered Saturday to Monday will be delivered Tuesday.
• due to the occasional courier error please allow 48hrs for delivery however feel free to call us on 01138343667 to query your delivery.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Cancellation Period / Timeframe

If you have made a mistake or changed your mind, we can cancel the delivery before it is processed.

Please note we dispatch orders at 4pm daily (Mon to Fri), orders can be cancelled before delivery up to 3:30pm UK standard time.

Once Delivered:

If any online purchases haved been used by the buyer

• 14 days return policy only if faulty or damaged item
• Buyer pays shipping Fee & We will Refund.

If any online purchases have been un-used by the buyer

• 14 days return policy
• Buyer pays return shipping fee

Any Refunds should take at maximum 3 working days.

For returning goods

This includes non-damaged / damaged / defective / incorrect online purchases.
